StateGuard Integrated Solutions acknowledges the importance of strong Quality Assurance processes and standards in today's business world. We are dedicated to achieving and maintaining Australian and International accreditations across our entire organization.
StateGuard is accredited with Quality Management Systems (QMS) certifications (ISO 9001:2015), (ISO 14001:2015), (ISO 45001:2018). The ISO 9001.2015 standard is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and involvement of senior management, the process approach and continuous improvement.
A key part of our ISO 9001:2015 QMS is conducting internal audits to ensure our quality management is effective. We also have our practices independently verified by Sustainable Certification to ensure they meet international standards.
Furthermore, StateGuard Protective Services is certified by Global Certification for meeting national and international standards for Guard and Patrol Security Services (AS/NZS 4421:2011).
